ok got more joni_speedbass trax saved ont memory card ...
will copy them onto mini - disc 4 ya mr 23 ...
all trax produced as usual with music 2000 n an old playstation :cool: ...
+ kaos pad

#1 : nutsack (feat - 'dr dre' n 'ice cube's' 'natural born killaz sample')
#2 : spill the mud (feat - 'slayer's' 'south of heaven' Lp samples)
#3 - spreading the speed (feat - 'anthrax' - 'armed n dangerous' sample)

No-one has posted on this thread since '04.. but I will...

Reading the opening inches of this thread.. I though why should we put speedbass in a certian idea of how it should souond? and keeping speedbass.net a place only for that sound? What about the mantra "'X' is what you make it" and replace "X" with speedbass? but still keep the idea of making it sound made electronically and kinda goofily?

Well not that I know what I'm talking about here but..:

Back when nice_scientist and I were making old sk00l vbr tracks, the thing that was really fun about speedbass.net was that any sound was pretty much OK (as long as it wasn't something like hardstyle).

What I mean is there's a mashup of all sorts of different sounds, which gives the speedbass community some different sorts of culture and makes it alot more interesting then your average techno sub-genre.

Then again this is coming from a guy that loved making noize music, so don't take anything I say too seriously =]

I'm new but that's one of the things that appealed to me. It's like a mix of anything the maker wants to add, it's ridiculous but I love it. >_<
